Most life enriching experience: My husband, KJ, relocated us to Switzerland with Sun Microsystems. I knew I wouldn't sell real estate there and I didn’t want to be a 'Haus Frau'. Just opening my little Swiss door combined with my love of architecture lead me to enroll at RHODEC International in London where I studied History of Architecture & Interior Design. I was fortunate to be able to travel throughout Europe to visit many of the buildings I studied. This has proved to be a great enhancement to the services I am able to offer my clients. I am great with staging advice now and as a bonus I learned a lot about international relocation.
I am currently exploring business potential in cutting edge virtual worlds, where there is an international audience. I am passionate about being kind to the environment.
'Your Home is Your Castle' Just as no two homes are alike, no two clients are alike. I prefer to customize my marketing plans by setting goals with my clients and working in a targeted way to help them achieve their goals. I recognize that I am working with people to buy and sell what is likely their most valuable asset. At the same time, I know that the purchase and sale of a home is a very personal experience. For me, that’s the most rewarding aspect of being a Realtor.
Community involvement
Member Louisville Chamber of Commerce, Founding Member Erie Community Organized Network, recently completed coursework to earn my Certified Seniors Advisor (CSA) designation.
Hosted Erie’s first annual balloon launch at Northridge subdivision, Erie’s first custom home community, which I was marketing and selling. Previous member, Erie Comprehensive Planning Committee , Board of Adjustments City of Longmont and Board of Adjustments.
I studied Journalism and was on the school newpapser at North Carolina State University. I studied real estate at CU in Boulder while working full time for The James Company, a small real estate developer and custom home builder. My first licensed position was with Griffin Marketing and I worked at a number of new home communities in the Boulder county area including Four Mile Creek in Boulder, Waterford in Niwot, Indian Peaks in Lafayette, Creekside in Longmont.
